Policy & Personal Ethics Statement

Disclaimer

All healing offered through Temple of Haze — including Soul Retrieval, Reiki, Sound Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and Tarot/Oracle readings are complementary healing modalities. They support the emotional, spiritual, and energetic body, but they do not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Please continue to follow the guidance of your doctor, therapist, or healthcare professional.

Refund Policy

Because of the nature of my work — energetic, intuitive, and time-based — all bookings are non-refundable. Once a session is booked, that time and energetic space is held exclusively for you. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to book a new session.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and I fully understand that things can be unpredictable. However, in order to maintain clear boundaries and respect for my time and energy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will still be charged in full. If you arrive late, your session may still end at the scheduled time. If you do not show up, the session is considered used. You may book another appointment at a later date, but the missed one will not be refunded or rescheduled for free.

Check-Ins Between Sessions

I welcome brief check-ins via email if something comes up between sessions — especially if you need to safely ground, regulate, or take note of what’s rising. However: I cannot guarantee an immediate reply. I may not have space to create an emergency appointment. Anything that requires deeper support will be brought into your next booked session. If you are in crisis or need urgent mental health support, please contact your GP, therapist, or emergency services, as I do not offer crisis intervention. Keeping notes or a journal for anything that comes up between sessions is encouraged, and we can unpack those together safely during your next appointment.

Booking Agreement & Client Commitment

By booking a session with me, you are entering a sacred working agreement. This agreement honours both of us — our time, energy, preparation, and boundaries. When you book, you agree to: Show up on time and prepared for your session. Take responsibility for your emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing. Continue any medical or therapeutic support you are receiving, as my work does not replace professional care. Respect the boundaries, policies, and energetic container set for all Temple of Haze offerings. Engage honestly and openly within your capacity on the day. In return, I commit to holding a safe, grounded, trauma-informed space for your healing, remembrance, and soul work. This is a collaborative journey — I walk with you, not for you.

Pronouns & Respectful Language

I work by sensing and responding to a person’s energy rather than their appearance. This has always been central to my practice — I meet the soul first. At the same time, I recognise that we live in a time where reclaiming identity, language, and self-expression is a powerful part of personal sovereignty and healing. I fully respect this. If you would like me to use specific pronouns or forms of address when working together, you are warmly invited to let me know. I am committed to creating a space where you feel seen, respected, and safe to be yourself.

Confidentiality & Privacy Policy

Everything shared in your sessions is held in strict confidence. I do not share your personal stories, experiences, or healing processes with anyone. I keep brief session notes for continuity and clarity in your healing journey. These notes are stored securely and are not shared with anyone. Any communication you send between sessions (emails, notes, updates) is treated with the same confidentiality and care. Your privacy, dignity, and autonomy are central to the work we do together. You are safe to be fully yourself in this space.

Energetic Boundaries & Ethical Practice

My work is rooted in integrity, consent, and deep respect for the unseen. To protect both of us, and to maintain a clean and safe energetic container, the following boundaries are in place: I do not read, tune in to, or scan anyone’s energy without permission. This includes partners, exes, friends, family, and anyone who has not directly agreed to be part of the session.

Consent is sacred. I do not diagnose, predict medical outcomes, or give time-based psychic promises. Your free will, choices, and personal agency are at the centre of all healing. I only work within my lane. I will never claim to “fix,” “cure,” or “remove” issues that require medical, psychological, or therapeutic support. My work complements — it does not replace — professional care. Your energy is yours. Mine is mine. I maintain strong personal boundaries to ensure the work is clean, ethical, and safe.

This means: I do not share my personal energetic processes during your session. I do not allow clients to pull energy from me. I hold space — I do not merge with it. I do not perform spellwork or intervene in anyone’s life path without their explicit consent. I give you back your power — I do not take it.

My role is to guide, support, and illuminate. Your healing, choices, and transformation are always your own. I work trauma-informed. This means: You set the pace. You choose what to share. You are never pushed deeper than you’re ready to go. Your autonomy remains intact at all times.

The energetic container begins and ends with the session. Outside the session: I do not “check in” psychically. I do not track your energy. I do not work on your field unless you have a booked appointment.

Energetic hygiene is essential for both of us. I honour the higher good — yours and mine. If a session is not aligned, I reserve the right to decline or refer you to another practitioner. Likewise, you are free to step away at any time.

Client Responsibilities

Healing

is a shared path — I hold the container, but you walk the journey. To keep our work grounded, safe, and effective, clients agree to the following:

1. You take responsibility for your wellbeing. This includes your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. My work supports you — it does not replace medical or therapeutic care.

2. You show up honestly, within your capacity.

There is no pressure to disclose more than you’re ready for, but honesty helps us work safely and effectively.

3. You attend sessions sober and present. No alcohol before a session.

This ensures the work is clean, grounded, and integrated.

4. You respect the boundaries of the session. No surprise “extras” (e.g. asking to read someone else’s energy). No expecting therapeutic support through constant messaging.

5. You understand that results are personal. Healing unfolds differently for everyone.

Your transformation is shaped by your pace, your readiness, and your dedication.

6. You communicate if something feels unsafe or overwhelming. You are always allowed to pause, slow down, or redirect the work.

7. You integrate between sessions. This may include:

Journaling Grounding Self-care Noticing patterns Reflecting on what arose Integration is where a lot of the magic actually happens.

8. You honour the agreements. This includes payment policies, cancellations, and respecting the energetic container before and after each session.

This is a collaborative space — your participation shapes the depth and outcome of the work. Trauma-Informed Care Statement I work from a trauma-informed, soul-led, and body-aware approach. This means

: 1. You are in control of your pace. I will never push you into memories, sensations, or depths you’re not ready for.

We move with your nervous system, not against it.

2. Consent is central to everything. Before we shift energy, explore shadow, or journey deeper, you will always be asked, informed, and empowered to choose.

3. Your safety comes first — emotionally and energetically.

I create a grounded, stable container where you can explore without fear of judgment, re traumatisation, or pressure.

4. Your story is yours — not something I take or use. Your experiences are held confidentially, with dignity and respect.

5. I recognise signs of overwhelm. If your system begins to flood, shut down, spiral, or dissociate, we pause, regulate, ground, or gently step back.

Your body’s wisdom leads the process.

6. We work with integration, not shock. This is not about breakthroughs that leave you raw. It’s about steady, embodied healing that lasts.

7. You are never blamed for your trauma. You survived. You adapted. You did what you needed to do. And now, you get to reclaim your power at your own pace.

8. I understand the nature of trauma from lived experience and professional training.

As someone who has walked through trauma, shadow, and soul loss myself, I hold space with empathy, boundaries, and deep respect. This trauma-informed approach creates a safe foundation for the deeper work of: Soul Retrieval Shadow integration Cord cutting Energetic healing Past-life threads Psychic guidance Grief work Inner child healing and all the transformations your soul leads you toward.

Cacao Ethics & Cultural Respect

I honour cacao as a sacred plant ally and acknowledge its deep Indigenous roots, particularly within Mesoamerican cultures who have carried this medicine for thousands of years. Cacao ceremonies come from living traditions, and I approach this work with humility, gratitude, and respect. I am not an Indigenous cacao practitioner. I work with cacao as a supportive heart medicine within my own spiritual lineage — not as a replacement for the cultural traditions from which it comes. I commit to: sourcing ethical, sustainably grown ceremonial-grade cacao honouring the lineage keepers who protect this plant naming cacao as an ally, not a medicine I claim ownership of maintaining cultural respect in how I serve and hold space My intention is always to hold cacao with reverence and integrity, using it to support emotional healing, heart-opening, and spiritual integration — never to appropriate or imitate Indigenous traditions.

Personal Ethical Statement as a Witch Bean Feasa & Multidimensional Practitioner

Rooted in Celtic lineage — guided by the Liminal Realms — aligned with Spirit and Sovereignty I walk the path of the Bean Feasa, a wise woman of the thresholds, shaped by my Celtic roots, my multidimensional lifetimes, and the spirits, councils, and guides who walk with me. My work moves through the Three Worlds — Lower, Middle, and Upper — held always with integrity, respect, and right relationship.

 1. I honour my lineage as a Bean Feasa. I walk with the ethics of the wise ones: • deep listening • right relationship • responsibility in the unseen • integrity in both worlds My roots and ancestors anchor every step I take.

2. I acknowledge the origins of every practice I use. Celtic traditions, cacao lineages, galactic teachings, demon-deities, plant allies — each comes from its own culture, land, and spirit. I honour them with respect, consent, and true relationship. No practice is taken lightly or without reverence.

3. My work follows a clear cosmology. This is the structure that keeps the work grounded and safe: Upper Realms: Archangels, Galactic Allies, Intergalactic Council Middle World: ancestors, plant spirits, my late husband, earthly guides Liminal / Lower Worlds: demon-deities, shadow teachers, primordial currents Everything flows within an aligned, coherent spiritual map.

4. Healing is a shared responsibility. The client is responsible for their healing and integration. I am responsible for: • the spaces I open • the thresholds I guide them through • the integrity of the medicine I offer I do not “fix” or rescue — I illuminate, retrieve, and guide. They integrate and embody their healing in sovereignty.

5. I never force lineages or systems to mix. If realms or traditions meet in my work, it is because Spirit opens the bridge, not because I push them together. I follow what is shown — with humility and discernment.

6. Every tool is a conscious ally. Cacao, herbs, sigils, Black Light, Reiki currents, sound, shamanic journeying — I treat each as living, conscious, and deserving of respect. Nothing is used carelessly or without intention.

7. Safety, clarity, and closure guide my work. When I open a door, I close it. When I call a guide, I release them. When I journey, I remain the grounded guide — not the passenger. I take full responsibility for the energies I activate.

8. I remain a lifelong student. I continue to learn, unlearn, heal, refine, and expand. The Bean Feasa path is a lifelong apprenticeship to Spirit.

9. I stand in reverence, not domination. My work is partnership — with Spirit, the client, the land, and the lineages that shaped me. I am a bridge-walker, not a gatekeeper. A guide, not an authority.  witness, not an owner.
